Good questions to ask a developer
Will I own what KR Software & Automation builds for me?
Yes. It's built inside your own Google account and it's yours to keep: no lock-in, and no fee to keep using it. The optional care plan is only for support and changes.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most of our work uses Google Workspace (including free Gmail accounts) or low-cost hosting. We'll tell you upfront about any third-party costs, such as WhatsApp API messaging charges.
Is my business data safe?
We use the fewest permissions needed and work inside your accounts, and we sign an NDA on request. We never sell or reuse client data. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you use AI? Is my data shared with AI services?
We use AI to work faster. Your business data stays in your own Google account or with providers you approve, is never used to train AI models, and is never shared for any other purpose. RFQ Copilot, for example, uses Google's own OCR and no outside AI service.
Are KR Unified's tools really free?
Bulk Certificate Generator and Gmail Mail Merge are free. RFQ Copilot is free for your first 10 quotation extractions, then ₹999/month.
How do I pay?
Every engagement starts with a written quote. You can pay securely by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, or by bank transfer. You get a proper invoice for every payment.
Do you work with businesses outside my city?
Yes. KR Software & Automation works with businesses across India online, using video calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. On-site visits are arranged when a project needs them.
How long does a typical automation take?
Small automations take 3 to 7 working days. Web apps and multi-step workflows usually take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope.
