Upgrade inside the add-on when your free extractions are used. Payment is completed on Razorpay's secure hosted page; RFQ Copilot never receives or stores your card or UPI details. RFQ Copilot is sold by KR Unified; Google is not the seller.
How to cancel
Email krunified2026@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel RFQ Copilot Pro" from the email address you paid with, or use the manage-subscription link in your Razorpay subscription emails. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and your comparison sheets stay yours. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What RFQ Copilot can access, and why
RFQ Copilot asks only for what it needs. It works on one email at a time: the one you open.
Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Is RFQ Copilot free?
RFQ Copilot is free for your first 10 successful quotation extractions. After that, RFQ Copilot Pro costs ₹999/month. Re-processing the same email doesn't use up a free extraction, and your existing comparisons stay available even without Pro.
Does RFQ Copilot replace my ERP or purchasing system?
No. RFQ Copilot is a lightweight Gmail add-on for quotation extraction and comparison, designed to work alongside your existing purchasing process.
Does RFQ Copilot choose the supplier for me?
No. It highlights comparable commercial facts and missing information. Supplier selection stays with your procurement team.
How are foreign-currency quotations compared?
You enter the FX rate you want to use for the project. RFQ Copilot keeps the original quoted currency and calculates a normalised value in your base currency. A quote without a valid rate is excluded from price ranking rather than guessed.
Where is my quotation data stored?
In the "RFQ Copilot - Comparison" Google Sheet in your own Google account. KR Unified doesn't receive a copy.
RFQ Copilot can't read an attachment. What should I do?
Check the attachment is a PDF (including scanned) or a spreadsheet and try again. If it still fails, email support with the file type and the error message.
I've paid but Pro isn't active.
Open RFQ Copilot and press "I have paid: refresh access". If Razorpay shows the subscription as active and access is still off, email support.
How do I cancel or stop using RFQ Copilot?
To cancel Pro, see How to cancel above. To stop using the add-on, uninstall it from Gmail and revoke its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
