Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel treated fairly. This policy sets out when refunds apply for each of our businesses. If your written quotation or enrolment confirmation has different terms, those terms apply.

A delay or rejection of a government subsidy, net-metering approval or bank loan by the authority or lender does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund of work already done. We will always help you pursue it.
KR Software & Automation
- Projects are billed by milestone. Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
- If you cancel, any advance paid for work not yet started is refunded, minus work already done at the rates in your proposal.
- Monthly care plans can be cancelled with [15] days' notice. There are no refunds for partially used months.
- Free tools are free. There is nothing to refund.
- RFQ Copilot Pro (monthly subscription): cancel anytime and you won't be charged again; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month. Because you can try the full product free for 10 extractions first, monthly charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the extra charge in full.

Corporate, college and CSR engagements follow the terms in the signed proposal.
How to request a refund
- Email krunified2026@gmail.com with your name, invoice number and reason.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and confirm the eligible amount in writing.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
