1. About us and these terms

This website is operated by Mohd Rizwan, trading as KR Unified, F184, Spaze, Sector 93, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001. KR Solar, KR Software & Automation, KR AI Skill Development & Services and KR Skill Ready India are its business divisions. By using this website or our free tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website content

Content on this website is for general information. Prices, specifications, schemes and subsidies are indicative and can change. They are not an offer. A service is confirmed only by a written quotation, proposal or enrolment confirmation accepted by both parties. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the document prevails for that service.

3. Services

3.1 KR Solar

  • System sizes, generation and savings shown on the website (including the calculator) are estimates. Actual performance depends on site conditions, weather, shading, usage and DISCOM policies.
  • Government subsidies, net-metering approvals and bank loans are granted by the respective authorities or lenders. We help with documentation but cannot guarantee approval, amount or timelines.
  • Manufacturer warranties for panels, inverters and batteries are passed on to you as issued by the manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty is stated in your quotation.

3.2 KR Software & Automation

  • Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the project proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the intellectual property in custom deliverables passes to you on full payment. We keep rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
  • Third-party platform costs (e.g. Google Workspace, WhatsApp API, hosting) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

3.3 KR AI Skill Development & Services and KR Skill Ready India

  • Training, coaching and mentoring are educational services. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, admissions, income, business success, loans or grants.
  • KR Skill Ready India is not a recruitment or placement agency and does not charge fees for job placement.
  • Certificates show that you took part in a program. They are not government or university qualifications unless expressly stated.
  • Registration, legal, tax and financial filings are carried out by independent qualified professionals, with your consent.
  • Course materials are for your personal use and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly.

4. Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees. You receive an invoice for every payment. Payments are made through bank transfer, UPI or our payment gateway, as per the payment schedule in your quotation. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and obtain any permissions needed (e.g. from your housing society or landlord for rooftop installation).
  • Do not misuse the website: no attempts to hack, overload or scrape it, and no false or harmful content in forms.
  • Do not share passwords or confidential third-party data with us unless it is required and agreed in writing.

6. Free tools (including Google Apps Script web apps)

  • Free tools such as the Bulk Certificate Generator and Gmail Mail Merge are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
  • You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them, especially for tax, legal, financial or compliance purposes.
  • The tools run on Google's infrastructure and are subject to Google's own terms and quotas. We may change, limit or stop a free tool at any time.
  • You must not use a tool to process unlawful content, to send spam, or in any way that breaches Google's policies or affects other users.
  • The code, design and name of each tool are the intellectual property of Mohd Rizwan, trading as KR Unified. You may use the tool; you may not copy, resell or publish its code without written permission.
  • Data handling for our tools is described in our Privacy Policy.

6A. RFQ Copilot free trial and Pro subscription

  • RFQ Copilot is free for your first 10 successful new quotation extractions per Google account. Re-processing the same email does not use up a free extraction.
  • After that, new extractions need RFQ Copilot Pro at ₹999/month, billed monthly through Razorpay until you cancel. The price shown in the add-on at the time you subscribe applies. We'll give at least 7 days' notice by email before any change to the RFQ Copilot Pro price. The new price applies only from your next billing date after the notice, and you can cancel before then at no charge.
  • Cancel anytime by emailing krunified2026@gmail.com (subject "Cancel RFQ Copilot Pro") or through the link in your Razorpay subscription emails. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Your existing comparison sheets remain yours and available even without Pro.
  • RFQ Copilot is sold by KR Unified (Mohd Rizwan, trading as KR Unified). Google is not the seller and is not responsible for billing or support.
  • RFQ Copilot assists with extraction and comparison; it does not make procurement decisions. Check extracted figures before relying on them.

7. Intellectual property

The website's content, including text, design, logos, graphics and code, belongs to Mohd Rizwan, trading as KR Unified or its licensors. "KR Unified" and our division names and logos are our trade names and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party links

Links to external websites (e.g. government portals) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or free tools. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website or tools.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through our Grievance Officer. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where applicable.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
